Easy Lasagna Rolls
Prep: 15 Minutes/Cook: 25 Minutes
Yield: 15 Rolls
Ingredients:- Prego (or your brand of sauce)
- Ricotta Cheese
- Basil
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Lasagna Noodles
- Garlic Bread (we used store bought)
- Spoon
- Pan
- Oven {oven mitts}
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil and add your noodles in different angles.
-
While they are cooking, mix 2 tablespoons of basil (optional) in your ricotta. {This adds an amazing taste and I highly recommend it}
- Drain noodles and lay them out on a plate (if you don’t they will stick together and rip apart}
- Go ahead and turn the oven on now (350)
- Take your first noodle, lay it out in your pan, add ricotta and basil mix.
- Add a few spoons of sauce on the noodles (apply generously)
- Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
- Roll it up as tight as possible (repeat as many times as you want)
- Add Sauce to top of rolls (cover as much as possible)
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Enjoy!
I found this idea on Pinterest. I didn't follow anyone's recipe, I simply looked at photos and made my own based off of them.
I give myself full credit :)
Please feel free to Pin any of these images and let me know if you make them. I would love to know your twist on them and how they came out!

Hi Heather! My name is Nikki from Cleveland, Ohio. I just stumbled onto your blog, and found this recipe...I'm making it this week for sure!! I think I'll add a little ground meat to the rolls as well. I love finding easy and quick things to make for my family for dinner. Thank you for sharing!
